If observing wound coverings and/or autoplastic grafts to the bottom of the wound, they recede from the wound edges and between the autoplastic transplant and/or wound coating sections of 1–2 cm. Delayed autoplasty and/or wound coating are performed on a wound with a bottom having a superficial fascia and muscular tissue, 7–9 days later. Indenting from edges and between sections of autoplastic transplants and/or wound coatings of 1–2 cm is performed.
