PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angling balance that can suitably avoid a sudden running up and the like and that is suited for fishing aiming at fish at the bottom.SOLUTION: The angling balance includes a main rod 1 having a fishing line anchored to the upper end thereof a branch rod 2 extended in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the main rod 1 from the lower end of the main rod 1 and having a hook rig anchored to the extension end 2a thereof and an attitude changing member 3 having a through hole 32c for passing the main rod 1 therethrough and supported by the main rod 1 passing therethrough.
