Said device comprises an accelerometer for determining the physical activity of an individual, a memory for logging said physical activity over time, a processing unit for carrying out computational operations on the basis of the measured and/or logged data, and a visualization display for presentation of the measured and/or logged data, or data resulting from the computational operation thereof.
