A depilatory cream composition comprising · a depilatory active and, · a conditioning complex wherein the conditioning complex comprises: · one or more of: a glycol carboxylate, a dialkyl ether of formula R1-O-R2 wherein R1 and R2, independently of one another, represent linear or branched alkyl and/or alkenyl groups having from 6 to 28 carbon atoms and, an aliphatic alkyl mono-alcohol having at least 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain · a silicone or an optionally branched alkane containing at least 12 carbon atoms ·an ethoxylated fatty alcohol and/or ethoxylated fatty ester with an HLB value of 13 or above and, · a conditioning agent · water.Linvention porte sur une composition de crème dépilatoire comprenant : un agent actif dépilatoire un complexe de conditionnement, le complexe de conditionnement comprenant un ou plusieurs composés choisis parmi : un carboxylate de glycol, un éther de dialkyle de formule R1-O-R2, où R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment de lautre un groupe alkyle et/ou alcényle linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 6 à 28 atomes de carbone, et un monoalcool alkylique aliphatique ayant au moins 12 atomes de carbone dans la chaîne alkyle un silicone ou un alcane éventuellement ramifié contenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone un alcool gras éthoxylé et/ou ester gras éthoxylé ayant une valeur de rapport hydrophile/lipophile (HLB) supérieure ou égale à 13 un agent de conditionnement et de leau.
