PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing system that can easily, efficiently and surely match a photographed image with photographing information thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a portable photographing device 107 using a predetermined imaging means (X-ray flat panel sensor) in which an input/output means 104 acquires the photographing information from a predetermined information management side (RIS) through a portable storage medium 102. A storage means 105 stores the photographed image to which the photographing information is added immediately after photographing.
