PURPOSE: A hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic machine is provided to enable elders who have difficulties in walking, disabled people, and injured people to easily access to the hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic machine and to reduce the inconvenience and accessing time. CONSTITUTION: A hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic machine comprises: a cylindrical transparent window(11) which is formed on one side of the machine； a medical treatment instrument body(1) which has a sliding door(12) which keeps oxygen in high pressure and concentration； a bottom frame(21) which is extended from the front of the door, and has the same height as the medical treatment instrument body floor； a pair of chair guide rails(22) which are extended from the upper side of the bottom frame to the inside of the medical treatment instrument body； a chair access unit(2) in which a chair moves along a pair of rails.본 발명은 좌식 고압산소 치료기에 관한 것으로서, 종래 와식 즉 누워서 이용하는 산소 챔버가 대부분을 차지하고 있으나 노약자, 장애인 등 거동일 불편 사람을 휠체어 등에서 눕히기 위하여 적어도 둘 이상의 보조자가 필요하며 또 치료를 받는 사람도 불편함을 느끼게 되는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로；내부가 외부와 밀폐되어 사용자가 내부에 들어갔을 때 내부에 고압과 고농도의 산소의 조건을 만들어서 치료하는 고압산소 치료기에 있어서；원통형으로 구성되어 일면에 형성되는 투명창과, 일면에 개폐가능한 슬라이드 방식의 도어를 구비하여 내부를 외부와 밀폐되어 고압 고농도의 산도 상태를 유지하도록 하는 치료기 본체와；상기 치료기 본체의 바닥면과 동일한 높이를 가지면서 상기 도어에서 전방으로 연장되는 바닥프레임과, 상기 바닥프레임의 상면에서 상기 치료기 본체의 내부까지 평행하게 연장되는 한 쌍의 의자 가이드레일과, 하단에 네 개의 바퀴를 구비하여 상기 한 쌍의 의자 가이드레일에 각각 두 개의 바퀴가 상응하여 삽입되는 의자로 구성되는 의자 출입수단를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 좌식 고압산소 치료기에 관한 것이다.
