PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar-coated formulation having excellent operation efficiency and even excellent formulation characteristics and to specifically provide a sugar-coated formulation producible by a continuous coating method for simultaneously carrying out a spraying step and a drying step of a sugar-coating liquid and having excellent moisture absorption resistance, hardness and disintegrating properties.SOLUTION: The sugar-coating liquid prepared by formulating a solvent containing a sugar with a silicone in a specific proportion is used to simultaneously carry out the spraying step and the drying step of the sugar-coating liquid.
