PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation system having excellent appealing force for appealing greening image in photovoltaic power generation device and capable of compensating for low power generation profits in photovoltaic power generation.SOLUTION: As a frame for the photovoltaic power generation module, water tank 1 made of plastic blow molded object is used. The photovoltaic power generation module 25 is arranged on an inclined wall 3 at front side of the water tank 1. Openings for basket pots 28 are formed on the horizontal wall 5 at the rear side. A large number of water tanks 1 are regularly arranged so that a water outlet 18 of adjacent upstream water tank 1 and a water inlet of adjacent downstream water tank are connected with pipe 33 in which water can flow. Water in the upstream water tank 1 flows in the water tank 1, flows out from the water outlet 18, passes through the pipe 33, and enters the downstream water tank 1 from the water inlet.
