Provided are compounds of the general formula (I), wherein the variables are as defined in the specification. Examples of the compounds include (R)-Quinuclidin-3-yl (3-(9-((R)-2-hydroxy-2-(8-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinolin-5-yl)ethylamino)nonyloxy)phenyl)(phenyl)-methylcarbamate and (2S)-4-(((R)-2-hydroxy-2-(8-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinolin-5-yl)ethyl)amino)butyl 3-phenyl-2-(4-((3-(phenyl((((R)-quinuclidin-3-yloxy)carbonyl)amino)methyl)phenoxy)methyl) benzamido)propanoate. The compounds have muscarinic receptor antagonist and beta2 adrenergic receptor agonist activity. The compounds may be useful in the treatment of respiratory disorders such as asthma, chronic bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
