PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing inositol hexanicotinate, the pharmaceutical composition having improved solubility and excellent in tableting properties and granulation properties, and to provide a method for producing an inositol hexanicotinate-containing pharmaceutical composition (a pharmaceutical composition having improved solubility, a tablet having improved tableting properties, and a granulated substance having improved granulation properties).
SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains inositol hexanicotinate and processed garlic. The method for producing the inositol hexanicotinate-containing pharmaceutical composition includes blending processed garlic with inositol hexanicotinate.
