The present invention relates to a device and a method for inducing vascular relaxation, and particularly, to a device and a method for inducing vascular relaxation by irradiating a pulse laser having the wavelength of 445 nm to a blood vessel of a user or a patient. Further, the present invention presents a factor which prevents the vascular relaxation by adjusting parameters of a 445 nm pulse laser, that is, a parameter region which minimizes a substance inducing contraction of blood vessels.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 혈관이완을 유도할 수 있는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 445nm 파장을 가지는 펄스 레이저를 사용자 또는 환자의 혈관에 조사함으로써 혈관의 이완을 유도하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 나아가 본 발명은 445nm 펄스 레이저의 파라미터를 조정하여 혈관의 이완을 방해하는 요소, 즉 혈관의 수축을 유도하는 물질을 최소화 하는 파라미터 영역을 제시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
