PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain activity measuring electrode easily brought into contact with a scalp, while avoiding pressure of surrounding hair of the head, a head-worn device using the electrode, and a brain activity measuring system.SOLUTION: A third disk 9 including a curved surface 9a as a scalp contact part coming into contact with the scalp is supported by a column 6 that supports the third disk 9 and has a smaller cross-sectional area than a cross-sectional area of the third disk 9. A head hair storage area S1 for storing hair of the head is configured at an area in an opposite side of the head hair, with the third disk 9 interposed therebetween, and the periphery of the column 6.
