The present invention relates to an adhesive skin patch comprising a base film, an adhesive agent layer provided on one surface of the base film, and a release liner laminated removably so as to cover an adhesive surface of the adhesive agent layer, wherein the adhesive agent layer contains an acrylic copolymer, the thickness of the base film is 1 to 9 [mu]m, and the thickness of the adhesive agent layer is 16 to 50 [mu]m. The adhesive skin patch has good adhesiveness to the surface of skin, and also has a good fit so that a feeling as if the adhesive skin patch is not adhered can be given during being adhered actually.
