The present invention provides a lower jaw adjustable neck supporter including a bracket set, a neck sleeve set, an adjustment set and a headrest set. The bracket set includes: two connecting members disposed at two ends thereof, a supporting portion disposed between the two ends thereof, and two linking members respectively disposed between each connecting member and the supporting portion. The neck sleeve set includes: a base connected to each connecting member, two sliding holes penetratedly installed at the base and respectively adjacent to the engaging ends, and a cover body covering the base. The adjustment set includes: two sliding pieces disposed at two ends of the adjustment set, a guiding strip connected to each sliding piece, and a positioning component pierced by the guiding strip. Two ends of the headrest set are respectively connected to the two ends of the neck sleeve set.
