PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support increase of advertisement effect.SOLUTION: The passengers' behavior information calculation method causes a computer to execute the following processing: calculating time zone when passengers stay in a boarding area based on a piece of information on travelling unit used by passengers, a piece of information on the loading/unloading facility used by the passengers and come-in and go-out time of the passengers in the loading/unloading facility, and a piece of information on departure time or arrival time of the travelling unit at the loading/unloading facility and the location of the entrance/exit ports of the loading/unloading facility and required time for moving between the travelling unit and the boarding area; calculating the passengers' number stayed in each boarding area in the respective time intervals based on the calculated time zone; and outputting the calculated number of passengers in each boarding area in the respective time intervals.
