More specifically, the medical shade light comprises: an LED lighting unit having a plurality of LED modules separated from each other and arranged on a lighting case of a ring shape with a through hole formed on a center thereof； a film unit wherein a polarizing film for clarifying an image of a photographing target is arranged on a film frame to be separated and coupled to the LED lighting unit through a plurality of film unit insertion holes； and a handle unit having a control unit of a PCB form embedded therein to supply power to the LED modules, and forming the LED lighting unit on an end of one side thereof. The LED module includes: a natural light LED arranged to emit a natural light among the LED modules； and a blue LED arranged to emit a blue light between the natural light LEDs.
