PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of preventing rearward leakage of a bodily fluid while improving a sense of wearing.SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes: a first area PA including the center of an excretion port abutting region and forming a compressed part by compressing a front surface sheet and an absorber in the direction of thickness and a second area NA disposed in the rear of the first area without a compressed part formed therein. The compressed part includes an enclosing compressed part 84 disposed along the outer periphery of the second area, and a pair of longitudinal compressed parts 81 extending from both sides in the lateral direction of the second area to the first area.
