PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heart supporting auxiliary apparatus which can assist a pump function of the heart by easy hand operation without requiring any complicated adjustment.SOLUTION: A heart supporting auxiliary apparatus 1 is attached to the cardiac muscle of the right ventricular of the heart directly from outside or attached to the cardiac lumen on the cardiac muscle anterior wall of the enlarged left ventricular of the heart, and includes a cardiac assistance membrane 10 which has a permanent magnet 20, and an electric magnet attaching member 30 to which an electric magnet 40 disposed facing to the permanent magnet 20 is attached and which is constituted with material harder than the cardiac muscle. The cardiac assistance membrane 10 moves by reaction of the electric magnet 40 and the permanent magnet 20 under the electrocardiogram synchronization and thereby the inside of the cardiac chamber is contracted, and the cardiac assistance membrane 10 moves by attraction of the electric magnet 40 and the permanent magnet 20, and thereby the inside of the cardiac chamber is enlarged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】手技が簡便で複雑な調整を必要とせずに、心臓のポンプ機能を補助可能な心臓支援補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】心臓支援補助装置1は、心臓の右心室の心筋に外側から直接又は心臓の拡大した左心室の心筋前壁で心内腔に取り付けられ、永久磁石20を有する心臓補助膜10と、永久磁石20に対向して配置される電磁石40が取り付けられ、心筋より硬い材料から構成される電磁石取付部材30と、を備える。心電図同期下に電磁石40と永久磁石20との反発により、心臓補助膜10が移動して心室内を収縮させ、電磁石40と永久磁石20の引き付けにより、心臓補助膜10が移動して心室内を拡張させる。【選択図】図1
