A deep sea water organic extract comprises solid organic substances. The solid organic substances are obtained by extracting sea water with C18 filtration film. The solid organic substances do not pass the C18 filtration film and are kept and accumulated on a surface of the C18 filtration film. The sea water constituents comprise at least one type of sea water formed of the following group: deep sea water and processed deep sea water, wherein the processed deep sea water is formed by introducing the deep sea water into at least one filtration unit that comprises a microfiltration membrane to conduct a filtration operation. The deep sea water organic extracts have effects of suppressing activity of NO synthetase or cyclooxygenase, suppressing growth of Helicobacter pylori, suppressing atherosclerosis, suppressing vascular hyperplasia and mobility, and reducing blood fat. The present invention also provides a fabrication method of the deep sea water organic extracts and a use of the deep sea water organic extracts.一種深層海水有機萃取物包含固體有機物質。該固體有機物質是由海水組分經C18過濾膜進行萃取處理所獲得，且該固體有機物質不通過該C18過濾膜繼而滯留並累積在該C18過濾膜的表面上；該海水組分包括至少一種由下列群組所組成的海水：深層海水及經處理的深層海水，其中，該經處理的深層海水是將該深層海水導入至少一個包括微米過濾膜的過濾單元以進行過濾處理所形成。該深層海水有機萃取物具有抑制一氧化氮合成酶或環氧合酶的活性、抑制幽門螺旋桿菌生長、抑制粥狀動脈再硬化效果、抑制血管內細胞增生及移動，及降低血脂的效果。本發明亦提供一種深層海水有機萃取物的製備方法及數種深層海水有機萃取物的用途。
