PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument for knee joint prosthesis replacement which can be appropriately fixed to a position in accordance with a preoperative plan with respect to a femur distal portion regardless of a shape and a state of the femur distal portion.SOLUTION: A surgical instrument for knee joint prosthesis replacement includes: a body part 4 which is provided to be slide and oscillate in an axial direction of a rod part 2 inserted into a medullary cavity part of a femur 100 of a patient and where a resection guide having a slit for guiding a resection instrument for forming a femur resection surface where a femur component is set is fixed a support part 24 which has a first contact part 26 as a contact part making contact with at least one of an internal condyle 101a and an external condyle 101b of the patient, is fixed relative to the body part 4, and supports the body part 4 with respect to the condyle 101a, 101b and a position adjustment mechanism 7 which can adjust a position of the contact part 26 with respect to the body part 4 in a fixed state relative to the rod part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
