PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch 1 used for fixing a catheter 2 extended from inside the body of a patient, which is a patch 1 excellent in usability, capable of improving QOL of the patient.SOLUTION: A patch 1 includes a pedestal tape 3 formed of a cotton-based stretch woven fabric, a polyurethane film, a polyester film or a polyurethane nonwoven fabric, and pasted on the skin of a patient, a cushion material 4 formed of a sponge-like urethane foam body or an elastomer, and fixed to the upper surface of the pedestal tape 3, and yarns T1, T2, T3 as fixing means for fixing onto the cushion material 4, a part of a catheter 2 placed on the upper surface of the cushion material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】患者の体内から延び出たカテーテル２を患者に固定するために使用されるパッチ１であって、患者のＱＯＬを改善でき、ユーザビリティに優れるパッチ１を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のパッチ１は、綿系伸縮織布、ポリウレタンフィルム、ポリエステルフィルム、或いは、ポリウレタン不織布から形成されて、患者の皮膚に貼り付けられる台座テープ３と、スポンジ状のウレタン発泡体、或いはエラストマーから形成されて、台座テープ３の上面に固定されるクッション材４と、クッション材４の上面に載置されるカテーテル２の部分をクッション材４に固定する固定手段としての糸Ｔ１，Ｔ２，Ｔ３とを備えている。【選択図】図２
