Disclosed are an ultrasonic probe, an ultrasonic imaging device, and a control method thereof. According to an embodiment, the ultrasonic probe comprises: a transducer module which receives an echo ultrasonic signal reflected from a target object in response to transmission of an ultrasonic signal； and a driving chip which is provided at one part of a transducer array and includes a fine analog beamformer for applying a fine delay and a coarse analog beamformer for applying a coarse delay to focus at least one of the ultrasonic signal and the echo ultrasonic signal. The fine analog beamformer is disposed in a first region opposite to the transducer module in an inner region of the driving chip.
