PURPOSE: A bio eye patch is provided to alleviate fatigue of eyes, stimulating blood circulation, and expanding capillary vessels focused on the eyes. CONSTITUTION: A bio eye patch comprises a silica tourmaline, a silica nano-silver, a functional adhesive(9), and a bio eye bandage(11). The silica tourmaline is loaded to be formed after purifying harmful heavy metal foreign materials. The silica tourmaline emits far infrared rays having no harmful materials and has sterilization and deodorization effects. The silica nano-sliver is formed by spreading silica on surface of the silver. The silica nano-silver enhances antibiosis and prevents oxidation of silver. A manufacturing process of the functional adhesive comprises the following steps: removing harmful materials from germanium, ceramics, elvan jade, and loess； stirring more than one of germanium, ceramics, elvan jade, and loess with the silica tourmaline； forming the bio eye patch by welding a wire paper in the functional adhesive surface and cutting thereof.본 발명은 바이오 안대에 관한 것으로 안대를 눈부위에 접촉시킬 때 안대면에서 음이온 원적외선이 방출되어 눈에 집중된 모세혈관을 확장시키고 혈액순환을 촉진시켜 눈의 피로를 풀어주고 항균 살균력으로 눈부위에 세균을 살균시키도록 하고 탈취력으로 안대 사용에서 생길 수 있는 냄새를 막아주도록 하기 위해 유해성이 없는 기능성 물질을 유해성이 없는 점착제와 교반시켜 부직포면에 도포시켜 바이오 안대를 구성시킨다. 바이오 안대는 점착력으로 눈부위에 접촉시켜 고정시킬 수 있는 장점이 있어 종래의 안대를 귀걸이 끈으로 사용할 때 생기는 끈 자국이 얼굴에 생기지 않는 장점이 있고 사용하기 편리한 장점이 있다.
