PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide frame for preventing a bite between a top guide and a movement guide used for a tip section rod of a telescopic rod.SOLUTION: A top guide mounted and fixed to the tip of a tip section rod of a telescopic rod includes a guide ring for guiding a fishing line and a guide frame which is a forging product for holding the guide ring. The guide frame includes a cylindrical attaching part 11 having a rod insertion hole 13 into which a rod body is inserted and an annular ring holding part integrally extended from the front end part of the attaching part 11 to the radial direction outside, which includes a ring attaching hole into which the guide ring is inserted and fixed.
