The utility model relates to dental implantology and can be used for direct implant prosthetics using the standard TREFOIL beam structure on the lower jaw in low quality bone, which is especially important for dental rehabilitation of elderly patients after 65 years of age. A device for stabilization of a dental implant contains an alignment ring that is freely (with a gap of up to 0.35 mm) put on top of the neck of the implant. The ring is connected to two curved plates located opposite each other. Each plate has a narrowed section attached to the ring and a main section in the form of a rectangle with rounded edges and a semicircular cutout on the side opposite to the ring. The holes for the screws (for fixing the plate with the bone) and the holes of a larger size, which prevent the complications, are made on the plates. The ring along the lower edge is equipped with triangular hooks for insertion into the spongy bone. The device is modeled according to the relief of the patient’s real bone according to cone beam computed tomography data and manufactured by 3D printing. The device is made of titanium alloy Grade IV.
