The present invention is to provide an endoscopic catheter device capable of allowing an operator to conveniently perform an operation while monitoring an operation site in real time, in a state in which the endoscopic catheter device is inserted into the human body. The endoscopic catheter device of the present invention comprises a body having a space provided therein, a catheter, a direction adjustment instrument, and a monitoring instrument. The catheter has: a hollow rigid tube coupled with the body to be extended from the body to the outside； an elastic tube of an elastic material connected to the end of the rigid tube； first and second electrodes provided at the front end of the elastic tube to be spaced apart from each other； and first and second wires inserted into the rigid tube and the elastic tube to be connected to the first and second electrodes, respectively. The direction adjustment instrument includes a direction adjustment member, which is mounted on the body to be connected to at least one of the first and second wires. The monitoring instrument has: an image capturing unit disposed at the front end of the elastic tube of the catheter； an optical cable connected to the image capturing unit to be extended to the body； and an image processor mounted on the body to receive an image from the optical cable and process the image so as to display the image to the outside.본 발명은 시술자가 인체 속에 삽입한 상태에서 시술 부위를 실시간으로 모니터링 하면서 편리하게 시술을 수행할 수 있는 내시경 카테터 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 내시경 카테터 장치는, 내부에 공간이 마련되는 바디와, 카테터와, 방향 조절기구와, 모니터링 기구를 포함한다. 카테터는 바디로부터 외측으로 연장되도록 바디에 결합되는 중공형의 리지드 튜브와, 리지드 튜브의 끝단에 연결되는 탄성 재질의 탄성 튜브와, 탄성 튜브의 선단부에 상호 이격되도록 구비되는 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극과, 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극과 각각 연결되도록 리지드 튜브 및 탄성 튜브 속에 삽입되는 제 1 와이어 및 제 2 와이어를 갖는다. 방향 조절기구는 제 1 와이어와 제 2 와이어 중 적어도 하나와 연결되도록 바디에 장착되는 방향 조절부재를 구비한다. 모니터링 기구는 카테터의 탄성 튜브의 선단부에 배치되는 영상 취득부와, 영상 취득부에 연결되어 바디로 연장되는 광케이블과, 광케이블로부터 영상을 전송 받아 외부에서 디스플레이 할 수 있도록 처리하기 위해 바디에 장착되는 영상 처리기를 갖는다.
