The present invention provides a processed food product containing a hydrolysis extract of deer antlers. A deer antler extract is made by mixing the upper, middle, and lower parts of a deer antler at an equal ratio and hydrolyzing the mixture with at least one hydrolysis enzyme of a group comprising celluclast, termamyl, AMG, ultraflo, viscozyme, pepsin, alcalase, neutrase, flavourzyme, and protamex. A plant mixture extract is made by mixing a plant mixture, comprising 10.9 wt% of ginseng, 10.9 wt% of white Atractylis, 10.9 wt% of dong quai, 10.9 wt% of Cnidium, 10.9 wt% of Poria cocos wolf, 10.9 wt% of Paeonia japonica, 10.9 wt% of Rehmannia glutinosa, 8.6 wt% of cinnamon, 8.6 wt% of milk vetch root, and 6.5 wt% of licorice, with the same amount of water and then concentrating and extracting the mixture until the mixture become 15% of solids. The deer antler extract and the plant mixture extract are mixed at a weight ratio of 3 : 7 to manufacture an enzyme hydrolysis extract of deer antlers, and a processed food product contains 1-10 wt% of the enzyme hydrolysis extract. As such, deer antlers, having an excellent bioactive substance, are able to be more easily provided as a food product.본 발명은 녹용 상대, 중대, 하대를 동일 비율로 혼합하여 Celluclast, Termamyl, AMG, Ultraflo, Viscozyme, Pepsin, Alcalase, Neutrase, Flavourzyme, 그리고 Protamex로 이루어진 군 중 하나 이상의 가수분해효소로 가수분해시킨 녹용추출물과, 인삼 10.9 중량%, 백출 10.9 중량%, 당귀 10.9 중량%, 천궁 10.9 중량%, 백복령 10.9 중량%, 백작약 10.9 중량%, 숙지황 10.9 중량%, 육계 8.6 중량%, 황기 8.6 중량%, 감초 6.5 중량%의 식물혼합물을 같은 무게의 물과 혼합하여 고형분이 15%될 때까지 농축, 추출하여 제조한 식물혼합추출물을 중량비 3 : 7로 혼합한 액상 또는 동결건조 분말형 녹용 효소 가수분해 추출물을 제조하고 이 녹용 효소 가수분해 추출물을 1 내지 10 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹용 효소 가수분해 추출물 함유 식품을 제공함으로써 우수한 생리활성성분을 가진 녹용을 보다 용이하게 식품형태로 제공할 수 있다.
