The purpose of the present invention is to provide a spinal correction and traction device comprising a bed which is divided into a bed on which the lower body is placed, a bed on which the upper body is placed, and a bed on which the head is placed, wherein the bed on which the lower body is placed and the bed on which the head is placed can perform an arcuate motion, a sliding motion, and an upward and downward angular motion.
