PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt adhesive capable of holding softening treated clothing such as underwear without displacement of absorptive articles in a wide temperature range (0 to 40°C), without the adhesive remaining at an adhesive part when releasing the absorptive article from garments, and further excellent in coating suitability.SOLUTION: There is provided a hot melt adhesive used for positioning an absorptive articles, containing a thermoplastic block copolymer which is a copolymer of (A) a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene compound and the (A) thermoplastic block copolymer contains a following (A1) component.
