The present invention relates to a loess-carbon composite air purifying device consisting of an air inlet, a first purifying unit and a second purifying unit. The first purifying unit pretreats polluted air by using water or oil. The second purifying unit comprises a loess-carbon composite molded by mixing losses and carbon particles with plasticity clay.
