Each net pipe comprises an infiltrating part, a closed part connected to the infiltrating part, and a passage defined by the infiltrating part and the closed part. The infiltrating part faces downwardly and extends in a longitudinal direction, and comprises a plurality of infiltrating pores. The connection pipe is communicated with the passages of the net pipes. The liquid supply unit and the gas supply unit are respectively utilized to transmit a liquid substance and a gas to the passages of the net pipes.
