An exercise device for stretching a users muscles is disclosed. The exercise device includes a pliable substantially non-resilient cord having a length between a first end and a second end, and a plurality of ball shaped handles positioned along the length of the pliable substantially non-resilient cord. Each of the plurality of ball shaped handles is fixedly attached to the pliable substantially non-resilient cord with a plurality of handle fasteners.
