Disclosed herein are a cocoon-based, dental barrier membrane for guided bone regeneration and a method for manufacturing the same. The cocoon-based, dental barrier membrane is manufactured by dividing a cocoon into two or more fragments in a predetermined form, the cocoon having a shell having a first thickness. The dental barrier membrane is biocompatible, has excellent tensile strength and porosity, and promotes osteogenesis in a bone defect.L'invention concerne une membrane de barrière dentaire à base de cocon pour une régénération osseuse guidée, et son procédé de fabrication. La membrane de barrière dentaire à base de cocon est fabriquée en divisant un cocon en deux ou plusieurs fragments dans une forme prédéterminée, le cocon ayant une coque ayant une première épaisseur. La membrane de barrière dentaire est biocompatible, a une excellente résistance à la traction et une excellente porosité, et favorise l'ostéogenèse dans un défaut osseux.
