PURPOSE: A recycling and fermenting apparatus of food waste is provided to cost effectively produce fermented products of superior quality without a separate deodorizing unit. CONSTITUTION: A recycling and fermenting apparatus of food waste includes a main body(100), a stirring unit(200), a deodorizing unit(300), a transferring unit, and an air pump(150). The deodorizing unit condenses high temperature vapor from the fermentation of food waste in order to remove moisture and bad odor components from the food waste. The transferring unit adjusts the moisture of the food waste by mixing dried food waste and newly introduced food waste. Fermenting bacteria from the fermented food waste is transferred to the newly introduced food waste to continue the fermentation of the food waste. The air pump sprays air into the food waste in order to promote the propagation of bacillus in the food waste.본 발명은 음식물스레기 재활용 발효기에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 발효 및 건조된 음식물쓰레기를 투입측으로 반송시켜 수분조절용 부재의 사용없이 그리고 발효제의 지속적인 투입 없이도 사료나 비료로 사용이 가능한 양질의 발효물을 생산할 수 있도록 한 음식물쓰레기 재활용 발효기를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 음식물쓰레기 재활용 발효기는 음식물쓰레기의 투입을 위한 투입구와, 발효물의 배출을 위한 배출구를 갖는 본체； 상기 본체 내에 설치되며, 모터의 구동에 의해 교반날개가 회전하면서 음식물쓰레기를 배출구 방향으로 이송함과 더불어 교반시키는 교반수단； 상기 본체의 상단부에 구성되며, 음식물쓰레기의 발효시 발생되는 고온의 수증기를 응축시켜 수분과 악취성분을 제거하는 탈취수단； 및 상기 교반수단에 의하여 배출구측으로 이송된 음식물쓰레기의 일부를 투입구측으로 반송하여 건조가 진행된 음식물쓰레기와 새로 투입된 음식물쓰레기를 혼합시킴으로서 음식물쓰레기의 수분조절을 행하는 반송수단으로 구성된다.
