PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dye free from stimulation of scalp with an alkali in the case of applying to the hair, and giving excellent dyed color without damaging the hair, and an oxidation hair dye having excellent dyeability even in the case of using exclusively a carbonate as the alkali agent and capable of dyeing the hair in a light color.SOLUTION: The oxidation hair dye is a three-pack type dye composed of the first agent containing an alkali agent and an oxidation dye, the second agent containing an oxidizing agent and the third agent containing a carbonate.
