PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus in which hot air having a temperature not largely deviated from a set temperature can be supplied into a sauna room.SOLUTION: In a stable mode in which sauna bathing is possible, a value detected by a room temperature sensor 52 for sensing the temperature in the sauna room 2 is compared with the set temperature, and a value detected by a reserved water temperature sensor 50 for sensing the temperature of hot water in a water reservoir 6 is compared with the set temperature. Then, if the values are equal to or lower than the set temperature, a heater 9 in the water reservoir 6 is turned ON, and if they are higher, the heater 9 is turned OFF.
