The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental implant using a titanium-based alloy. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental implant using a titanium-based alloy which increases corrosion resistance and reduces elastic modulus to reduce a stress shielding effect with a bone by preparing a Ti-Ta-Zr alloy and then surface-treating the titanium-based alloy using a plasma electrolytic oxidation method, and which improves biocompatibility by forming an oxide film containing calcium, phosphorus, zinc, and magnesium on a surface of the titanium-based alloy.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 티타늄계 합금을 이용한 치과용 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 Ti-Ta-Zr 합금을 제조한 다음, 플라즈마 전해 산화법을 이용하여 티타늄계 합금을 표면처리함으로써, 내식성을 증대시키고, 탄성계수를 낮춰 골과의 응력차폐 효과를 감소시킬 수 있고, 티타늄계 합금의 표면에 칼슘, 인, 아연 및 마그네슘을 포함하는 산화피막이 형성되게 함으로써, 생체적합성을 향상시킬 수 있는 티타늄계 합금을 이용한 치과용 임플란트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
