The present invention relates to a lipstick molding device that can automatically fill, mold, and draw out lipstick material. Currently, when errors occur during an automatic process of filling lipstick material or drawing out a lipstick, a user has to stop the entire device in order to replace a mold. The mold replacement is manually performed so that productivity is reduced and costs are increased. To solve this, provided is a lipstick molding device comprising: a filling unit for filling lipstick raw material in a mold； and a lipstick drawing out unit for drawing out a filled lipstick. The mold (10) is settled on a rotating turn table (11) in order to rotate. A mold replacing means (80) is equipped at one side of the lipstick drawing out unit (60) so as to draw out the error-generated mold (10) in order to be replaced by a new mold (10). Accordingly, despite the errors that occur during a work process, only the corresponding mold can be automatically replaced without stopping the entire device, so that productivity is improved and costs are remarkably reduced.본 발명은 립스틱 재료를 충진하여 성형하고 인출하는 작업이 자동으로 이루어지는 립스틱 성형장치에 관한 것이다.종래에는 자동으로 이루어지는 립스틱 재료 충진 공정이나 립스틱 인출 등의 공정에서 에러가 발생할 경우에는 장치 전체를 정지시킨 상태에서 작업자가 금형을 교체하는 등 금형 교체작업이 수작업으로 이루어짐으로써 생산성이 저하될 뿐만 아니라 코스트가 상승되는 등의 문제점이 있는데 이를 해결하기 위하여, 금형 내에 립스틱 원료를 충진하는 충진부와, 충진된 립스틱을 인출하는 립스틱 인출부를 구비한 립스틱 성형장치에 있어서, 상기 금형(10)은 회전하는 턴테이블(11)에 안착되어 회전하고, 상기 립스틱 인출부(60)의 일측에는 에러를 발생시킨 금형(10)을 인출한 후 새로운 금형(10)으로 교체하는 금형 교체수단(80)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 립스틱 성형장치가 제공된다.따라서 작업 중에 에러가 발생하여도 장치 전체를 정지하지 않은 상태에서 해당 금형만을 자동으로 교체하는 것이 가능하여 생산성이 더욱 향상되고, 이로 인하여 코스트가 현저하게 절감된다.
