Provided herein is a system and method for facilitating removal of a drape from a tissue site. One aspect provides a system comprising a drape, and adhesive layer, and a release agent, where the system is adapted to be coupled to a tissue site and released therefrom upon or after exposure to an external stimulus. Another aspect provides a method for application and removal of a drape using less force than required with a conventional drape.Cette invention concerne un système et une méthode d’accélération de l’élimination d’un champ d’un site tissulaire. Un aspect de l’invention concerne un système comprenant un champ, une couche adhésive et un agent antiadhésif, le système étant adapté pour être couplé à un site tissulaire et libéré de celui-ci après exposition à un stimulus externe. Un autre aspect concerne une méthode d’application et d’élimination d’un champ à l’aide d’une force inférieure à la force requise avec un champ conventionnel.
