PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging container including a tab on a lid body, which prevents a film from being torn or slit due to the tab when it is externally covered with the film to be wrapped.
SOLUTION: An inclined surface part 27 inclined downward from a shoulder 24 to be continuous to an outside wall 26 is provided to each of four corner parts of a container body 2, and a flange part 34 overhanging outward nearly horizontally is provided to the periphery of the cover 3 and its corner part is used as the tab 35. When the cover 3 is attached to the container body 2 and wrapped with the film F, the tab 35 is bent and overlapped on the inclined surface part 27 together with the film F.
