The invention relates to an adhesive system to be employed in stomatology. According to the invention, the adhesive system comprises: a. an adhesion primer consisting of a mixture of methacrylic monomers, multifunction urethane monomers with functional acidic groups, ethyl alcohol or acetone, water and a photo-polymerization initiator/accelerator based on tertiary dimethacryl amine/camphorquinone, and b. an adhesive consisting of an organic phase based on acid urethane monomers and an inorganic phase based on hydroxy-apatite and/orSiOnanoparticles and a photo-polymerization initiator based on tertiary dimethacryl amine/camphorquinone. The adhesive system claimed by the invention exhibits increased adhesiveness which is dentine-stable in time. The invention also relates to processes for preparing the primer and the adhesive comprised in the adhesive system.Invenţia se referă la un sistem adeziv utilizat în stomatologie. Sistemul adeziv conform invenţiei cuprinde: a) un primer de adeziune format din: un amestec de monomeri metacrilici, monomeri uretanici multifuncţionali, cu grupe funcţionale acide, alcool etilic sau acetonă, apă şi un iniţiator/accelerator de fotopolimerizare pe bază de camforchinonă/amină terţiară dimetacrilică, şi b) un adeziv format dintr-o fază organică, pe bază de monomeri uretanici acizi, şi o fază anorganică, formată din nanoparticule de hidroxilapatită şi/sau SiO, şi iniţiator de fotopolimerizare pe bază de camforchinonă/amină terţiară dimetacrilică. Sistemul adeziv conform invenţiei prezintă o adeziune ridicată şi stabilă în timp la dentină. Invenţia se referă şi la procedee de obţinere a primerului şi a adezivului cuprinse în sistemul adeziv.
