Use of EDTA associated with tromethamine, and / or one or more photo-enhancers selected from: acridine yellow, quinidine yellow, methylene blue, erythrosine, for the preparation of ophthalmic compositions for the corneal cross-linking procedure in the treatment of keratoconus or other ectatic disorders of the cornea, in which the composition comprises riboflavin or riboflavin phosphate.Uso de EDTA asociado a trometamina, y/o uno o más foto-potenciadores seleccionados entre: amarillo de acridina, amarillo de quinidina, azul de metileno, eritrosina, para la preparación de composiciones oftálmicas para el procedimiento de reticulación de la córnea en el tratamiento del queratocono o de otros trastornos ectásicos de la córnea, en el que la composición comprende riboflavina o fosfato de riboflavina.
