According to an embodiment of the present invention, a perfusion-weighted imaging method comprises the following steps: acquiring first magnetic resonance information by applying a first gradient magnetic field to a target； acquiring second magnetic resonance information by applying a second gradient magnetic field to the target； and acquiring perfusion information from the difference between a first magnetic resonance signal and a second magnetic resonance signal. The first gradient magnetic field induces the transverse phase difference of spins of a moving proton included in the target. The second gradient compensates the transverse phase difference of spins of the moving proton included in the target.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 관류 강조 영상법은 타겟에 제1경사자계를 인가하여 제1자기 공명 정보를 획득하는 단계； 상기 타겟에 제2경사자계를 인가하여 제2자기 공명 정보를 획득하는 단계； 및 상기 제1자기 공명 신호와 상기 제2자기 공명 신호의 차이로부터 관류 정보를 획득하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1경사자계는 상기 타겟에 포함된 움직이는 양성자 스핀들의 횡자화 위상 차이를 야기하도록 하며 상기 제2경사자계는 상기 타겟에 포함된 움직이는 양성자 스핀들의 횡자화 위상 차이가 보상되도록 한다.
