A transillumination mask image creation part creates a transillumination mask image. A real time transillumination image creation part creates a real time transillumination image for every time series, following to insertion of a device. A subtraction image creation part creates a subtraction image by performing subtraction processing of the transillumination mask image created by the transillumination mask image creation part and the real time transillumination image created for every time series. An image synthesizing part synthesizes the volume rendering image, real time transillumination image and subtraction image and displays the synthesized image.
