PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle, a medicine administration device and a syringe pump, achieving easy multipoint administration of a prescribed amount of a medicine.SOLUTION: This medicine administration device 1 includes: an outer needle 10 having a first lumen 12 thereinside and is formed with an opening 13 communicating with the first lumen 12 in the side face on the tip side and an inner needle 11 having a second lumen 14 thereinside, and inserted through the first lumen 12 of the outer needle 10 such that at least a tip part can move forward and backward in the first lumen 12 of the outer needle 10.
