The present invention relates to a device for the treatment of acne which implements acne treatment by a freezing treatment method to suppress the proliferation of acne bacteria proliferating by eating the secretion of sebaceous glands through suppressing the sebaceous gland function and thereby suppressing the secretion of sebum； and to a control method of the same. The device of the present invention uses at least one needle, and inserts the at least one needle into the skin where sebaceous glands are located or vicinity thereof, before directly transferring coldness to the sebaceous glands for the freezing treatment, thereby further improving the sebaceous gland function suppression and the proliferation control effect of acne bacteria. Additionally, side effects caused by freezing the epidermis of the skin can be minimized by using the device for the treatment of acne and the control method of the same of the present invention.본 발명은 피부 내 피지선의 기능을 억제하여 피지선의 피지 분비를 억제함으로써 피지선의 분비물을 먹이로 증식을 하는 여드름균의 증식이 억제되도록 하기 위한 냉동치료법에 의한 여드름 치료를 구현하는 여드름 치료장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 적어도 하나의 니들을 이용하여 상기 적어도 하나의 니들을 피부 내 피지선의 위치 또는 그 주변으로 삽입하여 냉동치료의 목적이 되는 피지선에 직접적인 냉기를 전달하여 피지선의 기능 억제 및 여드름균의 증식 억제라는 효과를 더욱 향상시키도록 하는 것과 함께 피부 표피에 대한 냉각으로 말미암은 각종 부작용을 최소화하도록 하는 여드름 치료 장치 및 이의 제어방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
