PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical equipment including a structure which can be easily and freely provided with different mechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: As the medical equipment, for instance, a catheter 400 includes a sheath 470 comprising a main lumen, an inner layer 476, a tubular body 300 as a reinforcing layer, a marker arranged on a distal end side DE, an outer layer covering the entire inner layer, a pair of sub lumens 471a and 471b symmetrically arranged around the main lumen, and operation lines 472a and 472b inserted into the sub lumens 471a and 471b.
