PURPOSE: An anti-inflammatory composition is provided to be applied to a pharmaceutical composition or food composition. CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory composition contains complex plant extract as an active ingredient. The plant extract is isolated using methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, saturated normal butanol, chloroform, methylene chloride, water, or mixture solvent thereof. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition or food composition.
