In the second holes of the first slide of the first and second reposition and fixation joints, there is a long threaded rod fixed, e.g. by screw nuts. In the second holes of the second slides of the first and second reposition and fixation joints, there are the first and second pivot rings fixed, e.g. by the first and second screw nuts respectively. The apparatus has the second transosseous fixation apparatus similar to the first one, mounted on a bone of adjoining segments, a cross rod and two slides with two mutually perpendicular holes at a certain distance from each other, one of which is fixed in the first hole, e.g. by screw nuts on a connected end of the long threaded rod of the first transosseous fixation apparatus. The second of the newly introduced slides is fixed in the first hole, e.g. by screw nuts on the connected end of the long threaded rod of the second transosseous apparatus.
