An objective of the present invention is to provide a water-dispersible, luteolin-containing composition and a method of producing the same. According to the present invention, a water-dispersible powder composition comprising (A) luteolin and (B) a saponin is provided. The luteolin in the form of the plant extract can be mixed. According to the present invention, a method of producing the foregoing luteolin-containing composition, which comprises the steps of performing homogenization process of (A) luteolin and (B) a saponin in water to obtain an emulsion composition； and drying the obtained composition, is also provided.
